BK Pilates (standing for Be Kind To Your Body) utilizes the Joseph Pilates method, Contrology, focusing on core engagement and stability, body alignment, improved posture, and muscle strengthening. Using his original apparatuses, the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel, we create whole-body movements and routines for EVERYbody. Optimist Park is where old-school Charlotte charm meets new-school energy. BK Pilates Optimist Park is located in the Joinery West apartment complex. One block directly across from the Parkwood Rail Trail stop, with neighbors including Night Swim Coffee, Sharigato, Salt&HoneyCo, and Ridpath Insurance.

Our Pricing

6 Month minimum commitment. Late fees and no-show cancellation fees apply. All sales are final. 30-day cancellation notice for all memberships. No transfers/rollovers/refunds.

Reminder: this studio is specific to group classes only. Private appointments are available at our South End and SouthPark locations, located just a few minutes away.

CAVEAT:: FOUNDING NODA/OPTIMIST PARK MEMBERSHIPS ARE EXCLUSIVE TO THIS LOCATION ONLY

All other regular CLT memberships will work at the Optimist Park location, but the Optimist Park founding membership will ONLY work at the Optimist Park location.
